Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) Program Informational Meeting

The Tribal Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program provides Tribes with an opportunity to upgrade their Tribal households’ energy infrastructure and increase residential efficiency.

The Midwest Tribal Energy Resources Association (MTERA) intends to apply to the HEAR program on behalf of a consortium of MTERA Member Tribes. Forming a consortium can simplify the application process, enhance implementation capabilities, and maximize the program’s overall benefits.
